permanent lemon is Cornish in its origens so we make a special brand. Cornish craft chocolate, we even make chocolates in Cornwall but not excusively... when we do we rent kitchens. Our dedicated Chocolate kitchen is in France.

This is random so we can't guarentee that all your chocolates are made there, mosty if they are branded then they were all made there, but maybe one or two wont be if we need to make up the flavours.

We get some ingredients in Cornwall and we are working on some special flavours. The Sloes or wild cornish plums make good flavour but are very labour intensive to pit. Cream is the best, very, very good, butter isn't as good as French; Brittany or Normandy and, if in Cornwall they leave the salt out they're doing you a favour. Douce or sweet butter is available from several sources including local farmers in France- this is the best. So we use this.

When we investigated the 'Cornish food brands' we found a serious commitment to marketing, and some products were really good, smoked fish for example, but there was the impossible and inevitable 'dodgy dealing' why are there so many 'geezers' in Cornwall these days? Devon isn't like it. Devonshire Farmer's markets are terrific.
